  • So glad you asked! Your business and journey is so unique, just like you. Generally, I recommend coaching for those going through specific challenges and life transitions.

    Consulting is best for executives and larger teams. This was my bread and butter in the corporate world! From team building and mentoring to stakeholder engagement, we work through all of the challenges holding your team back.

  • One word (ok fine, two): empowerment and creativity. I am, in Gen-Z’s words, ‘for the girls’. I view this a small act of revolution, creating space where women take up space and challenge how they want to be seen and heard in the world.

    I also want to break the standard of big box consulting. You know, the big firm that comes in and makes you pay $50K to have you do some basic icebreakers? We are so beyond that.

  • Your time is so valuable — it’s also my job to help you make the most of it.

    I offer one-off hour long strategy calls, short term transition sprints (3 month average), and executive and leadership coaching (4 month minimum) for coaching.
